What is an online appointment request?
It is an easy-to-use platform where patients and healthcare professionals communicate.
This is the way you can submit a clinical request for an appointment with a clinician. The clinician will review your request and get back to you based on your situation, and offer you an appointment with the right clinician.
Important
Most days, once we have reached capacity, our online service will be temporarily suspended. In such cases, please see our out of hours information.
Urgent and routine appointments
We have online access open for admin queries and certain routine appointments from 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Our normal triage for urgent queries will remain from 8am in the morning until we reach capacity. Anyone contacting for urgent queries after we reach capacity will be redirected to 111.
